  • Subject of the Terms of Use
    1. 1. InterCut Medical Care with headquarters in Zagreb, Hrgovići 43 (hereinafter “InterCut Medical Care”) provides general information about products and services on the website www.kucne posjete.hr (hereinafter “website”).
    2. These Terms of Use of the website (hereinafter “Terms of Use”) regulate the user’s use of the website.

  1. Change of Terms of Use
InterCut Medical Care holds the right to change these Terms of Use at any time with future effect. 
  1. Availability
    1. The user is responsible for fulfilling the necessary technical requirements for the purpose of contractual use. InterCut Medical Care is not obliged to offer the user any relevant advice.
    2. InterCut Medical Care is not obliged to make the website available. InterCut Medical Care does not guarantee the technical availability of the website. In addition to events beyond InterCut Medical Care’s control (such as disruptions in public communication networks and power outages), maintenance, security and capacity requirements may also cause brief breakdowns or temporary interruptions in the functionality of the website.
    3. InterCut Medical Care has the right to completely or partially change the offer of the website at any time.
  2. Content protection; no responsibility for the content of third parties
    1. Most of the content available on the website is protected by copyright or some other industrial property right and is owned by InterCut Medical Care, companies affiliated with InterCut Medical Care or some other third parties who submitted the relevant content. A set of content as such can be protected as a database in accordance with Article 7, paragraph 3 and Article 147, paragraph 1 of the Croatian Copyright and Related Rights Act. The user may use this content only in accordance with these Terms of Use.
    2. If the content available on the website partially originates from third parties (hereinafter “third party content”), InterCut Medical Care does not check such third party content with regard to its completeness, accuracy and legality, and therefore does not assume any responsibility or liability for the completeness, accuracy, legality and up-to-date content of third parties. This also applies to the quality of third-party content and its suitability for any purpose, as well as in the event that third-party content has links to external websites.
  3. Rights of use
    1. If further use is not expressly permitted in these Terms of Use, the user is hereby permitted to use the content of the website for personal purposes, provided that this will not result in the circumvention of technical protection measures. Furthermore, all rights to the content remain the property of the original rights holders (InterCut Medical Care or the relevant third party).
    2. The mandatory legal rights of users (including reproduction for private use and other personal use according to Article 82 of the Law on Copyright and Related Rights) remain unchanged.
  4. Data protection
InterCut Medical Care’s quality standards include the responsible handling of users’ personal data. In this regard, please consider the Protection of Personal Data.
  1.  Limitation of liability
If the user suffers damage as a result of using the free services, InterCut Medical Care is only liable in case of intent (including malice) of InterCut Medical Care.
  1. Salvator clause
If any provision of these Terms of Use is or becomes invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. A valid provision that reflects as faithfully as possible the intended economic purpose of the contracting parties will be considered contracted instead of an invalid provision.
  1.  Governing law
These Terms of Use are governed by the law of the Republic of Croatia, not including the CISG (United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods).
  1.  Jurisdiction
If the user is a merchant, a legal entity under public law or a special foundation under public law, the contracting parties hereby agree to Zagreb as the place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from the use of the website, if an agreement determining jurisdiction is permitted.
